I have in Zumba classes for years, and the DVDs are not really fun. The guy has the moves in Spanish, then gives them a lady in English and then they do the films, each set of moves is lacking continuity. I do not recommend this set special.

35 min – uses the traditional music, first in Spanish followed instructions in English. Really takes you sweat! Not for beginners, but lots of fun!

I bought Advanced Zumba DVD (not noted here) and the last part of it (I guess a song, but it’s hard to say because I do not see to the end part of the DVD) is damaged and can not be played should. The rest of the DVD seems to be OK, but lately makes strange noises when I try it forward. I’m not sure how long I use to be able to it.

I love it, it’s fun and you sweat a lot. My children also like to do with the dances and they me.
