   Powerful, Mark. I have had my share of depression for sure, and my mom is bi-polar…I know that stigma you’re talking about.

   I’m really saddened to hear that Amy…I hope though during times when things seem dark you can at least draw comfort and strength from knowing that you are so loved and needed by Brian and Ariel as well as many more people I’m sure!

   My sister has a serious mental health condition too, though thankfully I have been spared that so I think I’m just tired of life and living to be honest.

   I’m doing a lot better. Some days are still very hard for me though. I can certainly empathize with you and how you feel. When you’re down try to reach out to someone. It makes it a whole lot easier to get through those bad days.

   I’m glad thing are going well, Amy. I guess you could say this past month or so has been pretty rocky for me but luckily I do have a team of nurses and doctors checking up on me everyday at the moment as things got really bad the other week and I nearly ended up being hospitalised. I suppose everyone will think I’m a right freak now, but hey c’est la vie!

   Well, I don’t think you’re a freak. Many of us go through dark times. But they will pass….I know that’s cliche but it’s very true. Take care of yourself.
