I used to be overweight, I was 230 pounds at 13 years old, it took 10 months of hard work, but I lost 50 kg and 180 kg now, and am now very active. Although sometimes I eat the wrong foods, but I do it only rarely, and also work.

@ PurpleHoneyBear.Das is fine and all, but I do not want my child to live in a country that is not a democratic republic. Obama is committed to the Communist Manifesto. Google 10 points in the Communist Manifesto, the most influential political document. . I do not want my child (who is perfect in its weight) to their BMI and DNA have been to the U.S. Govt. @ MrEurocat And this nonsense about “preaching” is hilarious. You use this word to sully what I said and threw a bad light on them. Your posts were very dignified and submit my opinion is based off of research and critical thinking is to do something to the people in conversations. It is not about “preaching”, it is about an intelligent discussion.

@ MrEurocat You do not know what you’re talking about. Visit the definition of BMR and then see people like Tom Venuto use in the first place to start people. It is not unimportant, and what you have said here is totally falsch.Sie do not need a doctor to basic scientific knowledge to understand. And you contradicted yourself, because you just value judgments about the increasingly important, even when you’re not a clinician bist. Was I have said, is rock solid science.

@ PurpleHoneyBear BMR isn’t important their RMR. you’re not a doctor so plz stop preaching

@ PurpleHoneyBear I’ve noticed that there is an overweight woman, the usual suspects, such as exaggerated the relationship between genetics and obesity. If they tell us that some children, the metabolic rate thousand calories or so lower than that of others who have children the same age, height and gender? This is not some involuntary thing. If you eat well and exercise you are not overweight. They could be born with more fat cells and what other disadvantage, but this is not the key determinant.

  11. PurpleHoneyBear says on June 20 2010 at 3:49 am:

@ PurpleHoneyBear That is, it is not usually that they are substantially reduced BMR due to hormone issues, but they do not exercise, they eat too much, or (as in most cases) both! But in fact it is not the fault of the child. The parents are now on automatic pilot, I swear.

  12. PurpleHoneyBear says on June 20 2010 at 4:37 am:

This point, that this doctor of children eat the same amount of food is interesting. I think the problem is that people who blow far out of proportion. Of course, everyone’s basic metabolic rate will be different depending on the relevant factors, but children do not usually become overweight because of hormonal issues. The vast majority of people in a positive energy balance means that they consume more than they burn off.

I agree, the amount of unfit people in Western countries is a really poor relfection on society. I mean, maybe some of the genetics problem, but a quantity that is easily controlled with discipline werden.Und everything you go vegetarian / vegan freaks that is offensive meat eater, Fuck yourselves. I say this not because I hate non-meat-eaters, but because you as assholes. People are there to eat meat, it is good if you do not want, but make us not to eat it be moral monsters.

In my opinion, the amount of fat children in the U.S. is a real poor reflection on this society in general. The parents feed their children crap, children live out of junk food, soft drinks, chips and all the other crap. I see the parents feeding their children soda and donuts for breakfast. . . . Now I think it’s ok, because it is low in fat is sugar good. When I was a kid, there was a fat child in school, the child would not even by today’s standards thick. I think that the lack of discipline is out of control in this country. . . YUCK.

They will eat what they imposed. But unlike you, they will not whine and complain, if only fed a vegan diet. Therefore, they are superior to you.
